All applications are subject to review by our organizing committee - We are accepting applications through March 2nd, 2020. Selections will be made by March 10th.

Exhibitors/vendors are encouraged to make a monetary donation (if possible) so we can continue keeping the festival free. Your exhibit will be much better if you engage people with an activity or hands on demonstration. Many children attend - engage them!

The organizing committee will review your application to see if you meet the mission statement of this event.

Do you Need a Table? *
Plan Carefully for your exhibit. Additional tables and chairs will NOT be available the day of the event.
Do you need to be under a tent? *
We provide large tents and try to group similar organizations together.
Do you need a chair or chairs for participants. *
Most people will bring a comfortable chair but we can supply one if you need it. If you are doing an activity that demands multiple chairs for people to sit in - we must know in advance to take care of you.
